The Rose Festival is now officially over
which in Portland, OR it means the sun comes
out and summer can begin.
With the sun out and the yard finally drying out,
we can start thinking about some outside living.

Going Glamping....

i grew up camping and rather enjoyed it as a kid.
we even went hard core camping, no official campsite,
just a log road up in the mountains or in the desert along a river.

but as i've gotten older the idea of sleeping in a tent on the ground,
no running water, let alone hot water and dealing with wild things
just doesn't sound so much fun.

then i ran across this site, Shelter Co.
they having taken camping to a whole nother level.
you might call it glamping i call it grown up camping.

real beds, carpeted floors, comfy chairs and pendelton blankets....
oh yeah, and someone else does the cooking.
do i hear an amen?
