One week from today we will be all set up for

Remnants of the Past

vintage market in 

San Luis Obispo.

We are so excited, honored and yes I will admit

a bit nervous.

Shoot people, there will be the best of the best

of the west selling the most amazing

vintage and antique finds there

and lil' ol' us from good ol' Portland, OR

will be selling our Northwest glamping vintage finds.

 ...and we can't wait!!!!!

Bicycles...

Today I stopped by a garage sale while out walking with my

dog Diesel and we stumbled upon a garage sale.

The guy who was holding the garage sale use to own

a local neighborhood bike shop and he was

selling off some of his vintage bike collection.

Now, they weren't necessarily garage sale prices 

but they were beautiful.

It got me thinking about old bikes and how do you show

them for all their fun, quirky style.

1st Sunday Vintage Flea...

Today was the first of many 1st Sunday Vintage Flea at the Cottage in Vancouver, WA.
Other then crazy winds with gusts up to 35mph we had a great time. Luckily we did not loose
any merchandise but unfortunately others weren't quite so lucky.  The sun was out and
some of the best dealers were selling. I am always amazed what the folks do and the yummy
vintage they all turn up. I was good, only bought 3 things.
Here are a couple of shots of our space, and in typical Francisca fashion I didn't not get shots of
others booths. Damn me, why do I do that? I am always inspired by their creativity and I know you all would be to. Maybe one day I''ll do better at it. :)

We hope to participate again later this summer. We will keep you posted...
maybe you can join in the festivities if you didn't make it to this one.

Flea Market...

It's that time of year again when the vintage shows

start up. We are participating in several this season

and can't wait to get started.

We love setting up our booth and meeting the people

who buy our vintage treasures we spend all winter

digging up. It's truly the only time we get to meet

them in person. 

Not only that we get to hang with some of the 

best vintage vendors in the country. 

So, with out much more delay...

let me tell you about our first show of the season.
